The Archbishop of Canterbury and the Archbishop of York, in conjunction ■with the leaders of the free churches, ate appealing for the religious observance of Empire Day. They arc inviting the clergy and ministers of all churches at Home and abroad to specially refer to our own people overseas in their sermons on May 20, and offer- prayers for Britons in til lands that the British race may bear Christian witness.
