ANOTHER LEVEL CROSSING SMABH. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) MELBOURNE, April 30. A motor car containing a man and a woman, was wrecked at a level crossing at Hallam, on the Dandemong line. Mrs Mari© Nugent (50), of Hallam and Arthur O’Leary (25), of Garden, vale, were killed.
A fast milk train crashed into tho car, the driver of which thought he would be able to dear the crossing, but misjudged the train’s pace. RACING CYCLIST KILLED. SMASH IN PERTH. PERTH, April 30/ The Maori motor cyclist, Tamnwhete Te Kuan (26), was killed at Bassandean, when his cycle crashed into a spring cart., ANOTHER SMABH. HUSBAND AND WIFE KILLED. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) PERTH, April 30. A fatal level crossing accident occurred near Midland Junction, when a train from Perth collided with a car, killing Henry Russeri. of Muudaring, storekeeper, and his wife, Margaret Russell.
