By Telegraph—Vre*» Atanciatlon. AUCKLAND, April 28. A six-roomed house owned and occupied by Mr P. McElwain, at Mount Eden Road v.'as gritted by fire at 5 a.m. The occupants had to get out through the windows, Air AlcElwain having to be assisted.
