A BEAUTIFUL SKIN.
What’s the use of being the fashionable figure, if your skin is bad? You have probably given up all rich and greasy foods, and highlyseasoned dishes, so that won’t be the cause. If you haven’t given them up, do so, not all at once, but gradually. Then when you drink—let there be plenty of pure cold water, and once a day take a little lemon and water without sugar. Drink tea as rarely as possible, say, only in the morning, when you will add a pinch of Epsom salts to it. Tnis will all help to prevent a greasy skin. Lots of girls use" cleansing cream, but do not use it the right way. It must be put on fairly thickly, and patted into the skin, not rubbed in. After 'it has been on tor about half an hour, wipe off' with cotton wool. an,d you will be surprised, at its dirty condition, due to the nuniercus powderfrigs you have given your- face during the .day. Then re-cream it and wipe again, and wash with olive soap—only be sure to get ail the cream off before you wash your face, and do that, too,, in cold water.
