SMOKING IN TRAMCARS. ■From time to time there have been complaints from lady passengers about smoking in iramears, but the other clay we observed a nose tilted with keen pleasure as some blue smoke was wafted by on the breeze. ; The phenomenon was . so unusual that on inquiries being set afoot it was discovered that the gentleman outside was enjoying a cool, satisfying smoke of Bears Smoking Tobacco (Mild), and incidentally its fragrance was giving pleasure to his fellow' pnssengers.
