MUSSOLINI DEFAMED.

The Romo correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” reports that Signor Duinini, avowed leader in tho Matteotti crime, has been sentenced to fourteen months’ imprisonment, with twenty days’ solitary confinement, on a charge of defaming Signor Mussolini. The defence was that Signor Dumini became exasperated because he was abandoned by his old friends, reduced to poverty, and had to pawn the family jewels. He claimed he was still an ardent Fascist, and an admirer of Signor Mussolini.
