Riotous scenes occurred in the Prussian Diet during the discussion on the Holienzollerns’ Compromise Bill. The Communists, resenting the refusal of the Government to postpone the debate, would not give a hearing to the Finance Minister, who was greeted with cries of: “Hohenzollern Bully,” “Hohenzollern Protector.” Communists and Nationalists indulged in a free fight on the floor of the Chamber, until tho leaders separated them. Later they clustered threateningly by tho Speaker’s desk, and the President of the Chamber adjourned the sitting for five minutes. Tho Communists continued tho uproar after resumption, declaring that the Minister was a swindler, and demanding tho resignation of tho committee that passed the Bill.
