Sydney Eastman was boating with his wife on "Woniora river, when he suddenly became ill and leaned over the side of tho boat. He overbalanced and fell into tho river. liis wife attempted to rescuo him, but was pulled into the water. A roan on tho river bank came to the rescue. Ho recovered both, but tho wife was dead. Tho husband has boon sent to the hospital in a critical condition.
