JSJOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Timaru Harbour Boad will offer for sale at noon on SATURDAY, 22nd October, 1921, at the Canterbury Farmers’ Co-operative Association’s Tattersall’s Salerooms, Beswick Street, the Leases for a period of twenty-one years from the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twentyone, of Sections 2, and 4 and 5 Hayes Street, on the foreshore, South of the Breakwater, Timaru, a* shown on the “Timaru Harbour Board Hayes Street Sections Plan Number 3.” Section 2 has a frontage of 202 feet, and Sections 4 and o have a frontage of 358 feet to Hayes Street, and all have a depth of 100 feet. The reserved rent has been fixed at twenty shillings (20s) per foot frontage per annum.
