AND 4 AND 5 HAYES STREET, TIMARU. JSJOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Timaru Harbour Boad will offer for sale at noon on SATURDAY, 22nd October, 1921, at the Canterbury Farmers’ Co-operative Association’s Tattersall’s Salerooms, Beswick Street, the Leases for a period of twenty-one years from the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twentyone, of Sections 2, and 4 and 5 Hayes Street, on the foreshore, South of the Breakwater, Timaru, a* shown on the “Timaru Harbour Board Hayes Street Sections Plan Number 3.” Section 2 has a frontage of 202 feet, and Sections 4 and o have a frontage of 358 feet to Hayes Street, and all have a depth of 100 feet. The reserved rent has been fixed at twenty shillings (20s) per foot frontage per annum. The Lessee ihail have the right to remove all buildings on tho laud at the termination cf tl e lease or alternatively the Lessee shall have the right of renewal of the lease for a further term of twenty-ono yearß ou the same terms and conditions save as to the right of renewal and rental which last shall be determined by valuation. No noxious or oflensi/o trade will be permitted to he carried on or offensive material stored on premises. The Lessee will be required to sign a lease embodying tho conditions staled in the Conditions of Sale and such other covenants, conditions, and j 1 ovisions as may be reasonably requiiod by the Board’*s Solicitors.
