Registered letter mails close one hour and newspapers and parcel mails close 45 minutes earlier than ordinary letter mnils. Mails for United Rincdom «■ ndOon. tinent. of Eurone, Sou'th Africa, Ceylon. India, China. Japan, Straits Settlements and Egypls. also parcels and letters for Expeditionary Forces will ba despatched from "time to time by best route without special notification. P. D.
