Russian oifficial.—Tn -the direction of Kovel, in the region of Volapolska, tlie enemy released gas. Enemy counter attacks at Grodvo and westward of Koniuchy failed. A dense attack, supported by armoured cars, westward of Vymchlca was repulsed. Intense arfcilloryhig prevails east and south of Brezezany. THE ALL RUSSIA CONGRESS. (Renter's Telegrams.) PETROGRAD, July S. The All Russia Congress appointed an executive committee from all the soldiers' and workmen's councils anu peasants' delegates, with a view of solidifying the revolutionary forces. The Congress acclaimed the deeds 01 the troops in the now offensive.
