MESSAGE FROM GRAND DUKE.
Received 2.5 p.m., Aug. 29th. PARIS, Aug. 28,
M. Millerand and General Joffre sent a message to the Grand Duke Nicholas expressing admiration of the heroic struggle of the Russian armies and confidence in their final victory.
The Grand Duke Nicholas replied that the relations of common agreement between all the Allied high commands were certain, and pledged them to a glorious end, " which with God's help we shall reach."
