"The N«w Zealand Shipping Company's triple screw steamer Rotorua is to leave Port Chalmers ax, 7 a.m. today for Timaru, and she is due here about 3 o'clock this afternoon. The vessel is taking about 120,000 carcases of frozen meat —a record shipment for Timaru and probably for any one port in the Dominion. The Rotorna will probably remain in poretill about Tuesday next. _ The and Dominion liner Niwaru is now due at Timaru on Monday next. The Koromiko arrived at Sydney on Tuesday from Timaru and Dnnedin. The steamer Ashburton, which has been chartered by the New Zealand Shipping Company to load cargo atMontreal for New Zealand ports, is a twin-screw vessel of 4445 tons, owned by the Australind Steam Shipping Company of London. She was built in 1205. After discharging in New Zea-. land the vessel proceeds to Australia. The Karamu left Dnnedin yesi-crday for Greymouth, where she load? for Timaru and DtmedinThe N.Z.
