HELP-FROM RUSSIA. ARRIVED BY SEA. Received 2 p.m., Dec. 13th. AMSTERDAM, Dec. 12. The "Frankfurter Zeitung" states that five Russian regiments from Archangel arrived at Antivari on November 29th, and have reinforced ' the Servians. THE KING'S EXAMPLE. VALUABLE TO HIS ARMY. PARIS, Dec. 12. The "Matin" states that when the Austrians penetrated Doukouha, outnumbering the Servians by sis to one, the King, ■ accompanied by Princes Alexander and George, made a dramatic appearance on a charger escorted by, troops to drive out the enemy. Thereupon followed a Servian victory. SOUTH AFRICA. DEALING WITH THE REBELS. A DELICATE TASK. Received 3 p.m., Dec. 13th. CAPETOWN, Dec. 12. " Onsland " appeals to the English in South Africa for kindly forbearance. Discussing the problem of dealing with the rebel leaders, it says that General Botha's task is a very painful one. A Commission of Judges will prob* ably try the rebels.
