As Mr Dockrill is leaving Timaru every lot is for unreserved sale. They will also offer tho property, consisting of newly built 6roonied house with all conveniences, together with full }-acre section. The Temuka Technical Association has arranged for another of Miss Rennies popular public demonstrations, to be given this evening in the cookery room at 7 p.m. The demonstration will deal with all kinds of soups. A small charge of sixpence will bo made for admission.
