Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Juno 11. In the case of Amelia Derrett v. R-obt. Derrett, claim for judicial separation on the ground of cruelty, Mr Justice. Sim in giving judgment to-day said he had come to the conclusion that the story told hy the petitioner wns substantially true and he thought she was entitled to a decree. The respondent would be ordered to pay" the petitioner's costs on the highest scale and an allowance of £lO 103 would he made for the second dav.
