THE WELLINGTON SEAT.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, March 7. The election campaign is being carried on m a very auimated manner. Each candidate, besides speaking on the wharf at mid-day, addresses several meetings m different parts of the town at night, and to enable them to do this they have called m the assistance of friends. On Mr Kirk'a side the Premier and other Ministers, and Messrs Fisher, Stevens, i^igg> a nd Hogg are taking pact, and Mr Dulhie is seconded by Messrs Scobie MeKenzie, Hislop, Dr Newman, Hutchison, Menteath and others. Both sides are equally sanguine.
