Miss Helen ,. Mathers,,, the popular novelist, has been telling an interviewer of a rather curious thing. Miga Mathers made her name as a story-teller by her book, " Comin' through the Rye," which has sold m thousands. Not long ago she received a cheque from a publisher of the .song ,pf jfche.same. na^ne. with an intimation that he was hot aware until a few days previously that the writer of the song was still living. Poor Burns !
