(ByTklegraph.) DUNEDIN. May 30. At a meeting of ten of the senior priests of the diocese of Dunedin at which Archbishop Redwood presided, it was decided to submit the following throe names for consideration of the Holy See m the matter of the vacant Bishopric :— The Rev. William Burke, CJueenstown, Dignissimm ; the Very Rev. P. O'Leary, Lawrence, Dignior ; Rev. M.

Walsh, Riverton, Dignus. The Archbishop has confirmed the appointment of the Very Rev. Father Lynch, Dunedin, and Father Mackay, Oamaru, 1 as joint administrators. Bishop Moran by his will left everything, save a few trifling bequests, to his successor.
