A magnificent lot of heavy weights brought, lls lid to 143 3d. Smaller lambs sold at from 7s upwards. There was a heavy entry of all classea o£ fat sheep, but competition for export soon brought values well np to laat week's sale. Best crossbred wethers and maiden ewes brought 13s 6d to 15s 4d. ewes JOs to 14a, merino wethers 8a 6d to 10s 2d. cattle. : 175 head of fat cattle wore yarded. Beat bullocks brought np to .£6 sa. heifera to £6, good aorts of cows £1 to £6. About 160 stores were yarded. 18-inonths to 2-year-old mixed Boxes brought from 35s to £2 7s 6d. pigs.
