WRECK OF THE KATE McGREGOR.
Auckland, August 5. The schooner Kate McGregor has been wrecked at Raratonga by being driven on a roef. Tho vessel was owned by Donald and fiuinbnrgh, of Auckland, and was insured, the hull, for .£BOO, and the cargo for .£BOO, m tho Xew Zealand office. The wreck was sold for £92. The crew are all safe. [The Kate McGregor was a schooner of Co tona register, ■waa built of wood m Auckland m 1874 ; was 70ft "m long, 20ft beam, and had a depth of hold of 7ft 9in. She had been m the island trade for some years.^
