A serious riot occurred last evening at Gravesend between a number of roughs and a detachment of the Salvation Army that was parading the streets. The King crossed the border into Natal to-day with an escort, of British troops. Washington, Oct. 10. The Governor of Utah Territory recommends that a military force should be employed to enforco the laws of the Union against tho Mormons. «
