Sales of Stock, Produce, &c, will be held at Mr. Mcßae's Hotel Yards, on the LAST THURSDAY of each month. Persons wishing to enter Stock, Se., for sale must send m description, &c. , three days previous to sale, to Mr. Mcßae at the Crown STUBBS & KING, Timaru. DTEAM THRESHING Anil Combined Double Dressing and SMUTTING MACHINE, All hands found, corn threshed, dressed, delivered into sacks, and weighed, at one shilling por bushel. An extra charge will be made for quantities under 500 bushels. Coal and water to be supplied by farmer ; the coal to be paid for at market rates. If men and machine are kept idle by any neglect of party engaging same, demurrage will be charged at the rate of £2 per hour. Engineer, Feeder, and Receiver, continually attending machine, to be provided with board and lodging. Forks and rakes, if neccssaiy, to be provided by farmer. On appointing v.ith the engineer, for removing machinery, the person requiring same will seiid for one part, and party who has finished deliver the other, if the distance does not exceed live miles.
