WILSON begs to return thanks to the inhabitants of Timaru and district for the liberal support he has received since commencing business m the above Hotel, and begs to inform them that he has just completed his EXTENSIVE ALTERATIONS, Having fitted up the whole of his establishment regardless of expense, to secure the comfort and convenience of his customers. A BILLIARD SALOON Has been erected, and fitted up m the newest and most approved fashion, with a first-class billiard table — by Alcock— one of the best m New Zealand. The room is well seated aud cushioned, and will be found to provide every convenience. THE BAR Has been entirely remodelled, handsomely decorated, and fitted with all the latest improvements, for the accommodation and convenience of customers. THE COMMERCIAL ROOM Will be found to provide every convenience to gentlemen from the country, and others having business to transact, as it is quiet and select, and every attention paid to their wants. THE PRIVATE ROOMS Have been entirely refitted, and being furnished man elegant manner, offer superior accommodation to ladies and gentlemen desirous of recreation and enjoyment during the summer months. HOOPER (late of the Commercial Hotel, Dunedin) begs to inform families and gentlemen, and the public generally, that he has purchased the lease of the Royal Hotel, Timaiu, from Mr. Charles Green, who is retiring from the business, and flatters himself that his well known ability as a caterer will insure him the same liberal support as that enjoyed by his piedecessor.
