London, March 5. In the conraa of a speech, Lord Randolph Churchill eaid London had hitherto heen the citadel of Unionists, hut Lord Rosebery and Mr Schnadhorst, Secretary of the National Liberal Federation, were now attempting to capture the stronghold for their party. He appealed to the electors to awake to the magnitude of their peril, and repel the attack.
