WARDEN'S COURT.-Yesterday.
[Before 11. A. Stratford, Esq,, R,M. Application made by W. G. Nieholls and party, for the Mammoth special claim, was at the request of Mr Miller adjourned to the 30th June. The following applications for licenses were adjourned ta the 30th Juno ; J.G. Ilalph the Maungakara, (Waitekauri). Wm. Carpenter, the Nameless (Wak'rao). Alex. How, the Monastry (Karangahake). Maurice Kelly, the Specimen Hill (Karangahake), John Bice's applications for water right and machine site at Waiorno, were adjourned to the 7th July. W. McKcozie applied to register the Alburnia Extended, as this was objected to by Jno. Bowler, it was adjourned to the 50th June. F. A. White's application for a machine site in the Hape creek, was aUo adjourned to the 30th June. Mr Alex. Hogg became the purchaser for £2 2s of tho Welcome licensed holding (Karangahake), which had been doclared forfeited.
