WILSON FOURTH IN HURDLES. By Telegraph—Press Assn—Copyright. ANTWERP, August 18. The 110 metres hurdles final was won by Thompson (Canada) in II 4-ssec. a record. Barrofl (America) was second, Murray (America) third, and Wilson (Now Zealand) fourth. The race was won by li yards. The 200 metres was won by Hunt (New South AVales). Davidson qualified for the 440 yards final. . In the 10,000 metre walk, Pearmon (America) was second, and Ounn (Britain) third. (Received August 21, 8 a.m.) ANTWERP, August 18. The final of the long jump was won by Petersen, Johnsen and Abraham, sen being second and third. All are Swedes. The winner jumped 7. metres 15 centimetres. In the tug-of-war England beat Belgium by two pulls to nil. The winners meet Holland in the final.—Reuter.
