ANOTHER HITCH OCCURS. ARBITRATION POSTPONED. Per, Press Association. AUCKLAND, Aug. 21. Another hitch prevents the resumption of work at the Chelsea Sugar Refinery. The men want an assuraiice when they will be employed and, understanding ’ that the company decline to again employ three men who were concerned in the strike, decline to return to work unless all are reinstated. They state that this was one of the conditions of their agreeing to arbitration. The coal brought by the Kaitangata was discharged at Chelsea to-day. The arbitration proceedings have been postponed till Thursday.
