EXPECTED ARRIVALS. Rarawa, from Onehunga, Tuesday. Kokiri, from Westport, Wednesday. Coriuuu, from Nelson, 'Wednesday. Mamari, from AVellington, to load, March 26. ■KITTAWA LOADING CHEESE. The Kittawa (Union Company), arrived from Onehunga yesterday and commenced to load cheese this morning. She takes 12,000 crates for transhipment to the Port Caroline, and is expected to sail from AVellington to-mor-row evening. MAPOURIKA AND OORINNA. The Mapourika finished discharging on Saturday and sailed AVellington and Lyttelton. The Cbrinna, which has shared the delays caused by wet weather, was scheduled to leave Lyttelton! to-day for Nelson and New Plymouth and may arrive here on AYednesday. THE MAMARI. Tho Shaw, Savill and Albion Company advise that the Mamari is due at Melbourne on March 6 from Colombo. She should reach AVellington on March 18 and is due at New Plymouth for loading on March 26.MARINE NOTIFICATIONS. The* Collector of Customs at New Plymouth (Mr. R. Eyre) lias been notified that owing to a. fall of rock the fog signal at Godley Head will be out of order for some little time. Advice has also been received that a large log, dangerous to shipping, is floating one mile east-south-east from Tory Channel. THE BADEN POWELL INQUIRY. The preliminary inquiry into the Baden Powell mishap has been concluded at AAhdlingfon before Captain Stringer, Marine Superintendent. The evidence is to he forwarded to the Marine Department for consideration. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. ARRIVED. Bluff, Feb. 29.—Paloona (10.30 a.m.), from Melbourne. SAILED. Auckland, Feb. 29.—Kaikoura (9.15 a.m.), for London. Greymouth. , Feb. 29.—Swallow (7 a.m.), for Sydney.
