CHARGES OF NEGLIGENCE. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, March 1. The Taiuui case was resumed this morning. The charge of negligence against Frederick William Partidge, the manager of the Vacuum Oil Company at Ciinstciiurch, was dismissed. In applying for the dismissal of the charge Mr. Myers submitted that the war regulations under which the charge urns laid did not apply to any set of circumstances such as disclosed in this case. _ It applied to acts or omissions of enemies or pro-enemies.
