HOPES OF LIBERALS REVIVED. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. LONDON, Feb. 26. Liberals claim that Mr. Asquith’s election marks the beginning of a newlife for Liberalism. Mr. Asquith received a substantial Conservative vote, partly as a result of his firm attitude against nationalisation.
