NOT FROM ARMED FORCE. BUT FROM PROPAGANDA. ®y Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright, (Received March 1, 9.55 a.m.) LONDON, Feh. 26. The Paris correspondent of tho Morning Post says that Genera! Neissel, interviewed, declared that Bolshevism as a military danger to Europe was nonet 3 se, as a small properly equipped army would he able easily to overcome the Red forces. The real .danger was Bolshevist vropaganda, because it was supported »>y the full’ strength of unrepentant Term any, which v. as working hand in dove with Moscow. Behind Lenin was Noske and the German'General Staff, who were preparing a new scourge. The significance of this warning is unquestionable because General Neissel, while head of the Allied Military Mission in Germany and the Baltic provinces, has seen" Bolshevism behind the scenes.—Aus.-N.Z.
