GREECE READY TO JOIN IN. LONDON. April 26. Brindisi reports that Greece is abandoning her r neutrality and joining the Entente. The Government has decided the principle, but no date has been fixed. The censorship is most severe. GREECE WAITING ITS MOMENT. (Received April 27, 8.50 a.m.) PARIS, April 26. A message states that the Greek Foreign Minister declared that the policy of the Cabinet was identical with that of M. Venezelos. It is simply a question of the propitious moment. BULGARIAN ARMY REORGANISED. LONDON, April 26. The Bulgarian Minister of War states that the army has been reorganised, and, should occasion arise, will show the world that Bulgaria, like Belgium, is capable of great achievements.
