NOTES FOR WOMEN.

THE SPRING FASHIONS. 8T ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH —COPYRIGHT. TIMES —SYDNEY SUN SPECIAL CABLES. (Received Feb. 17, 8 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 16. The spring fashions are practical and do not squeeze the waist. There is no multiplicity of draperies, and costumes- are not daringly attractive. They include a gay bolero, fuller skirts, and bustles. The feminine silhouette will change hourly. In the morning it will bo boyish and slightly daring, in the afternon it will give the effect of a rustic festival, and in the evening it will he a strange medley of Eastern dignity with early Victorian virtue.
