WAITARA S.M. COURT.
(Before Mr. H. S. Eitzherbort, S.M.) The fortnightly sitting of the above court was licltl on Wednesday, when the following cases were adjudicated upon;— A. Waters v. R. O’Donnell, claim £4 Cs lid (costs 20s). R. Gribbon (Mr. Etherington) v. Sam. Hunter, claim £4 (costs 13s). Dennis George (Mr, Stead) v. Walter Terrell, claim 13s (costs 8s). C. N. Rowe (Mr. Etherington) v. Tonga, £7 10s (costs 3os Gd). Purohas and Son v. Timothy White, claim 19s 3d (costs 255). JUDGMENT SUMMONS. Danielson v. Ernest Rucldand, claim £3 12s 10d.—As the debtor had paid 30s, the, case was adjourned for a fortnight to enable him to pay balance, failing which an order will be made.
