Schwarz relieved Llewellyn at 25, and in his second over got Mayne.—One for 42. Hill partnered Dolling, and fifty came up for 45 minutes’ play. Llewellyn wont on again, relieving Sinclair. Dolling was easily stumped at 70. He had played a good innings, (lehrs played on at 73. HU! hit vigorously for (50 in 64 minutes, and Crawford batted steadily. Just before tea. Hill was bowled. He had batted for ft minutes, and his tally included one feurer. —Four for 145. ■ After tea, Roy Hill was howled at 157, and Crawford was caught in the slips at 192. lie had hatted for 72 minutes, and hit nine fourers, Rees and Webster hit well, bnt the others gave no trouble.
