Persia has informed Sir Edward Grey that a number of European officers have been selected to await tho Governor of Ears in reorganising the local forces. The Governor commands ten thousand regulars. A portion of the loan now being negotiated will la" devoted to the,restoration of order on the Bmshiro-Shiraz-Kaz.nrum road. Four hundred Kasgar riflemen and a number of cavalry aro co-oj>erating with the Governor.
