(Received Oct. 26, 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 25, Giving evidence before the Boyal .Commission on Divorce, Dr .ClonSton, lecturer on mental diseases at Edinburgh University, urged that criminal lunatics should be divorced, also that where insanity .was incurable the patient should be regarded as legally dead. Mr. Jones, Medical Superintendent of Clay bury Asylum Was also emphatic in favour of the divOrice of incurables and patients suffering from alcoholic insanity. There were seventy thousand married people confined in asylums.
