(Received Oct. 26, 10.50 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 25. Lo Neve was charged with assisting Crippen to escape, having guilty knowledge and guilty intentions. Mf. F. K. Donald, editor of tho Chronicle, was charged with contempt of court in publishing a statement that Crippen had confessed. Donald was proved to bo 4way on a holiday when tho statement appeared, but the court fined Perriss, assistant-editor, £2OO and costs.
