SATISFACTORY PROGRESS. By Electric TeWraph.- -Oniyrigni'. SYDNEY, Oct. 24. Mr. G. H. Campion, Treasurer to tho Papuan Government, is visiting Sydney. Ho states that satisfactory progress is being made in Papna. Large areas are being cropped with rubber, ooooanuts and hemp. Plenty of Native labour is offering, and finances are buoyant, but it will bo a considerable time before Papua is able to get along without the .annual £25,000 Commonwealth subsidy. ' ,
