Mr. Okey asked the Minister :n charge of Public Trust Department whether his attention had been drawn to the case Tinker v. Public Trustee, wherein Mr. Justice Cooper has given a decision that bushfelling and grassing is not an improvement under the Act, and if he will take the necessary steps to remove any doubt in the matter so that leaseholders may know the exact position they are in. -
