REMANDED FOR SENTENCE.

AUCKLAND, June 11. At the Supreme Court to-day a young man named Frank Tate was charged with~ h/ving been improperly intimate with a girl under 16 years or age. It was mentioned since the case had been heard in the lower Court, the unfortunate girl had committed suicide. Accused was found guilty and remanded for sentence.
