Fruit. — Fruit has come forward in larger Quantities during the past week and prices still remain firm, as under : Apples, prime desserts 8s 6d and 4s, seconds 6s and 3s; pears 5s 6d to 7s 6d, oranges 9s, bananas 8s 6d. Cabbages Ss, parsnips 4s 3d, marrows 3s, onions 6s 9d (all per sack).
