There wero 5603 taken for freezing at 12s Gd to 14a, and a few henvier pens ta 14s lOd, 285 uoro bought by butchers at 12s to 16s, and 642 wore passed in and sent to factories on owners' account , Cattle.— Steers made £6 7s 6d to £10 2s 6d, heifers £5 to £8 15s Gd, and cows £4 15s to £7 15s — equal to 18s Gd to 20s for prime, 16s to 18s for modi-, üm, and 14s to los 6tl for cow and inferior br pf per 100 lb. * There was a very large entry of store cattle, mostly from Otaj^t, and there was a very dull sale.
