Delegates representing practically every Referee Association in the colony met in Wellington yesterday and ! to-day to discuss the formation of a | New Zealand Referees' Association. | It was decided to form one, but the approval of certain provincial associations, whostt delegates^ ha<3 not been I given an absolutely freehand, is to be sought before attaching them. The Governor will be asked to accept the office of patron, arid the headquarters will - be Wellington until Easter of next year; when the next' conference • will be held and the locationtion of the headquarters for the next twelve months decided upon.
