Keceived April 7, 9.20 a.m. * London, April 6.— Mr Rhodes entailed his Newmarket estate to his brothers with stringent conditions that no one should inherit it without having spent ten j'ears in an occupation, or if he loafed. The newspapers compares Mr Rhodl es's will with that of Caesar. They praise his consistent devotion to his ideals of Imperial unity. ' - ' American comments believe that he ' will form' a perpetual link betweea ■ America and Britain. Great .satisfaction is -expressed in official circles in Germany.
