There floes not appear to be any doubt that your Council is in equity liable to contributo towards tho erection of tho bridge, and T shall be glad to hear of your Council's concurrence in tho proposed adjustment. , The Chairman said that the Clerk had replied that the County Council were drawmgup a petition against the erection of the bridge. Discussion was deferred till tho afternoon.
