Received July 11, 8.55 p.m. London, July 10.— The English team for the fourth test match, beginning at Manchester on the 17th, will be tho same as in the match at Leeds, excepting that either Brockwell, Rhodes, or. Bradley will replace Briggs. Melboukne, July 11. — Umpire J. Phillips, in a letter with referenca to the first test match, charges Dr W. G. Grace with delaying the start o£ England's second innirgs for fifteen minutes. Stumps were also drawn by consent five minutes before time, thus converting a probable win into a draw.
