Received July 11, 9.45 a.m. Rome, July 10.— Obituary : Signor Constantini Ressmann, a member of the Italian $em te and formerly Italian Ambassador at Paris. '1 he authorities have removed Signor Ressmann's papers, -with the object of preventing an expected attempt to introduce forged document to compromise Dreyfus.
