THE BANK OF ENGLAND RESERVE. London, September 14. In a letter to the Times Mr Henry R. Greufoll, one of the directors of the Bank of England, expresses doubt as to whether the directors will come to any decision to make a change in the reserve. THE ORETAN DIFFICULTY. Four hundred and twenty-three have been exiled from the country and seat to Trijioli. COLLISION BETWEEN STRIKERS AND SHERIFF'S OFFICERS. Nkw York, September 14. A band of colliery strikers at Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, headed by fifty women, many of whom had babies in their arms, came into collision with the sheriff's officers. The women were in a state of frenzy, and several of their number clubbed the officers. Four women ware arrested. CANADIAN TRADE WITH BRITAIN. Ottawa, September 14. Imports from Great Britain into Canada for the last four months show a decreaso compared with the same period last year. The Premier's organ says if the intention of the new tariff was to favor Great Britain it has failed, and the tariff must be amended,
